FREE initial consultation! After the initial consultation, typically more time will need to be spent to arrive at a cost estimate.

FREE estimate preparation! The estimate and proposal preparation fee is $59 for small web sites (5 or less pages), and by the hour ($59 per hour) for larger or more complex proposals. This fee is waived only upon signing of the Agreement.

Complete custom web site design fees start at $1,395. This does not include hosting fees. You may choose to to host your web site on our server, or elsewhere. In addition, you may register your domain name through us, or directly with a registrar of your choice.

Our cost estimates (for web site design only, i.e., not including domain and hosting fees) are based upon the following approximate fees:

Please note:

(1) At the completion of the design of the web site, you (the client) will own the intellectual properties associated with the web site.

(2) All images used on the web site are either provided to us by you, or used at your request and discretion. You (the client) will be responsible for obtaining the appropriate licenses and/or releases for the use of the images. By utilizing our services, you are agreeing to release Plastic Creations from any responsibilities and liabilities associated with the usage of images and other content on the web site.

Work related to your project, outside the scope of the initial Agreement, will be billed at our usual rate of $59 per hour (over and above the estimated total). This would include time spent on phone conferences, reading and writing email, planning, designing and coding.

Site maintenance and web updates . . .

We will be happy to provide you with web site maintenance and updates at our usual rate of $59 per hour. There is a monthly minimum of of one (1) hour, during months in which any hourly work is done.
